  1. This competition is organised by Toleda SA, whose registered office is located at 1000 Brussels, Kunstlaan 58, CBE n°BE 0416 300 640 (hereinafter referred to as “Organiser”). This competition takes place on Belgian territory only.
  2. Participation in the competition is free and with no purchase obligation. Any natural person who has received the entry form may participate in this competition, with the exception of the staff of AG Real Estate and The Mint Brussels or the organisers, as well as their family members living under the same roof. Failure to receive a signed form will result in the prize not being awarded.

This competition will be played via the participation form in the booklet distributed in neighbouring businesses. Only these persons can participate in the contest.

  1. These rules contain the conditions for the offline contest. Simply by participating in the competition, the participant accepts without reservation or restriction all the provisions of the present rules, as well as the decisions that the Organiser may take.
  2. The competition will run from 27/03 to 07/04. The competition may be stopped, interrupted or extended at any time by the Organiser, without any liability to the Organiser or any other person or company involved.
  3. The prize to be won is a 2-day, 2-night stay for 4 people at Puy Du Fou including:
  • Entry tickets to Puy du Fou during the green period, with access to the night show “Les Noces de Feu”
  • 2 nights (one room) at hotel “Les Iles de Clovis “
  • Breakfast and dinner at the “Les Deux Couronnes” restaurant.

The prize may not be exchanged or converted into cash.

  1. Participation in this competition is valid by completing the entry form and depositing it in the urn in Anspach before 7 April at 8pm. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel an entry if the participant’s details are found to be fictitious or incorrect.
  2. Each participant may only deposit one form. In case of multiple participations, only the first participation will be valid.
  3. The participant with the most correct answer to the shifting questions will win a stay at Puy Du Fou.
  4. The winner will be announced via email from 08/04. The winner may contact the management to receive the prize.
  5. The Organiser bears no responsibility for any unsuccessful attempt to enter the competition, e.g. technical interruptions, delays in receiving or sending emails, loss or corruption of data during or after transmission (non-exhaustive list). The Organiser also bears no responsibility for any accidents or damage of any kind caused during the award or use of the prize won or during participation in the current competition.
  6. The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any expenses or costs arising from this promotion or prize awarded.
  7. Should any provision of these regulations be invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, add or remove provisions of these Regulations.
  8. In accordance with the provisions of the law of 08.12.1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to personal data, the Organiser shall inform participants of the registration of personal data in a file. This file will be used by the Organiser only within the framework of the current competition. Participants have the right to access, correct or delete this data. The participant who requests the deletion of his or her data during the course of the competition accepts that this will automatically terminate his or her participation as one cannot be included in the list of participants without registration.
  9. No telephone conversation or written correspondence relating to the current competition other than that necessary for winning the prizes is permitted.
  10. The rules are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
