Art for all of us

We invite you to join us in creating a beautiful work of art in the Anspach Gallery. Anspach and The Mint are looking for helping hands to bring art to the shopping centres and thus to the heart of Brussels. And you can help us!

From 23 February to 5 March 2022, the Anspach Gallery and The Mint Brussels, together with some forty other shopping centres and retail parks in Belgium and Luxembourg, participate in the large art and participation project ‘Art for All’. This is an initiative of the BLSC, the Belgo-Luxembourg Council for Retail and Shopping Centres.

The aim: to bring more art into shopping centres and to immerse customers in the world of art.

Anspach and The Mint are ready to take up this challenge… But not without your help! We want to design and exhibit a large work of art by a Brussels artist in Anspach.

How can you help?

Starting Monday 21 February, a large participative wishing tree will be placed in the Anspach Gallery. This artistic tree will be decorated by our participants through workshops with flowers that contain your messages and wishes. These flowers will be made from empty plastic bottles.

There will be workshops on different days (2-6pm) where you can write your wishes on the flowers and decorate the tree with them:

Wednesday 23 February 2022
Friday, 25 February 2022
Saturday, 26 February 2022

Tuesday, 1 March 2022

Saturday, March 5, 2022

And that’s not all: at the end of the workshops, 2 gift cards worth 100 euros will be raffled off among all participants of our wish tree. Leave your contact details with our person in charge and who knows, you might win an extra gift. The gift card is valid in over 30 shops and for a period of one year.
