1.<\/strong> This competition is organised by Toleda SA, whose registered office is located at 1000 Brussels, Avenue des Arts 58, CBE n\u00b0BE 0416 300 640 (hereinafter the “Organiser”). This competition takes place on the Belgian territory only.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

2.<\/strong> Participation in the Competition is free and without obligation. Every natural person domiciled in Belgium with a valid e-mail address can participate in this contest, with the exception of the staff of AG Real Estate and The Mint Brussels or the organisers, as well as their family members living under the same roof. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain approval from their parent(s) \/ legal representative(s) before entering the competition. If a prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the winner’s parent(s) \/ legal representative(s) must sign a form declaring their consent to the winner receiving the prize. Failure to receive a signed form shall result in non-payment of the prize.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

3.<\/strong> These rules contain the terms and conditions of the competition. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts, without reserve or limitation, all of the provisions of these rules and regulations as well as any decisions that the Organiser may make.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

4.<\/strong> The competition runs from 03\/05 until 31\/05. The Competition may be stopped, interrupted or extended at any time by the Promoter, without the Promoter or any other person or company intervening being liable.<\/span><\/p>

5.<\/strong> Prizes to be won are : <\/span><\/p>

6.<\/strong> Participation in this competition is valid by participating in our content on the social media of City 2 and The Mint and telling us why which training would be useful. This must be sent before 00h00 on 31\/05\/21 at the latest.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

7.<\/strong> Each participant may win only 1 prize.\u00a0 <\/span>In case of multiple participation, 1 prize will be awarded.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

8.<\/strong> The participant with the most original comment, chosen by our own team, wins 1 of the above prizes.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

9.<\/strong> The winners will be announced via e-mail at the beginning of June. The winner may contact Bruxelles Formation for further information. Only people over 15 years old can win a training course at Bruxelles Formation and will be given 3 months to complete the course.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

10.<\/strong> The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any unsuccessful attempt to participate in the competition, e.g. technical interruptions, delays in receiving or sending emails, loss or corruption of data during or after transmission (non-exhaustive list). Similarly, the Organiser assumes no responsibility for any accidents or damage of any kind that may occur during the awarding or use of the prize won or in participation in the current competition.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

11.<\/strong> The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any expenses or costs arising from this promotion or prize award.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

12.<\/strong> If any provision of these rules shall be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The Promoter reserves the right to change, add or remove any provisions of these rules.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

13.<\/strong> In accordance with the provisions of the law of 08.12.1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to personal data, the Organiser informs the participants about the registration of their personal data in a file. This file will only be used by the Organiser in the context of the present competition. Participants have the right to access, correct or delete this data. A participant who requests the deletion of his or her data during the course of the competition accepts that his or her participation is automatically terminated as he or she cannot be included in the list of participants without registration.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

14.<\/strong> No telephone calls or written correspondence relating to the current competition other than that necessary for the winning of prizes will be permitted.<\/span><\/p>

15.<\/strong> The rules are governed by Belgian law.
